Home Condition Reports

are currently an optional part the Home Information Pack. Sellers may choose to include it when their property is offered for sale.

It eliminates the need to the buyer to arrange surveys so when an offer is received, it no longer needs to be “subject to survey” and completion should be much quicker.

Energy Performance Certificates are a required part the Home Information Pack.  This must be provided when most residential properties are offered for sale.

They provide a snapshot of current energy efficiency and a guide to potential improvements

Independent Inspections are often required in the event of a dispute with a supplier.
